Vivekam is a Performance & Leadership coaching practice.
Vivekam (Vee-vay-kum) is Sanskrit for discernment: the capacity to see clearly and act wisely under pressure.
The New ROI™ (Return on Insight) is our proprietary framework of eight leadership skills for high performance and longevity, built across three levels: Professional, Leader, and Executive.

Approach
home base
Development sticks when it builds on a central framework, a home base. Vivekam's home base is The New ROI™, a set of human-centric skills and practices for outperforming in high-stakes situations. Every insight, exercise, and experience links back to it, so learning is easier to access and integrate.
purposeful + playful experimentation
Vivekam takes a lab-like approach, grounded in decades of habit-change research, to identify the root-cause behaviors and beliefs that limit performance. We favor experiential, iterative learning over concepts and models, testing interventions and observing their impact week by week. Data from one's own direct experience can be as powerful a catalyst for change as an RCT.
whole-bodied intelligence
Multimodal methods connect body, brain, and behavior. We draw on left-brain management frameworks, adult development theory, and neuroscience. We pair them with right-brain activation through breathwork, movement, and contemplative practice.
Core beliefs
inside out
Conscious leadership starts within. We begin by baselining discernment: the self-awareness and self-authorship that shape how individuals act, lead themselves, and impact others.
response-able
To discern well is to see one's choices and their tradeoffs. It is both our right and our responsibility to choose our thoughts and our response to any situation.
we become what we practice (and we are always practicing something)
Shifting a habit takes awareness, and sustaining it takes embodiment: feeling how the new habit lives in our bodies and lands with others. Rewiring asks for curiosity about long-held beliefs, a commitment to shift, and practice and patience.
