Founder & CEO

Divya Agarwal is the Founder of Vivekam. Vivekam coaches leaders to measurably outperform and thrive in high-stakes situations through inner alignment, high-ROI habits, and action that is decisive, creative, and relational. 

Vivekam's pioneering coaching approach, The New ROI – Return on (human-centric) Insight, is a set of eight critical skills to fuel leadership with influence, longevity, and meaning.

Divya’s work blends strategic acumen and embodied intelligence. Drawing from her development at McKinsey and Mobius Executive Leadership, Divya brings over 15 years of experience advising Fortune 500 leaders on organization transformation, team performance, and leadership development.

Her work takes inspiration from a lifelong movement practice as a gymnast, dancer, and yogi and Pilates practitioner. This grounding in movement informs her unique approach to cultivating embodied leadership — where wisdom, energy, and action align.

Divya is a graduate of Wharton, MIT Sloan, and Harvard Kennedy School, and is based in New York City. 

 

 

Rhea Chhachhi

Former Business Development Manager (2024)

Rhea contributed to Vivekam’s market positioning, brand  & funding strategy. Her background includes roles at Summit Leadership Partners, the International Institute for the Brain, and Reckitt, where she gained experience in organizational diagnostics, strategic planning, and performance marketing. Rhea holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics from Smith College and is pursuing a Master's in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. Her mission is to make conscious leadership the norm across organizations.


 

 

Logan Schwanz

Former Business Development Manager 

At Vivekam, Logan focused on client development and outreach strategies, helping shape its outreach and innovation approach. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with dual degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, along with minors in Business, Chemistry, and Spanish. Logan is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Pathobiology, developing translational therapeutics and consumer products. He also serves as Vice President of the Columbia Graduate Consulting Club. Logan will join McKinsey & Company as an Associate in the Denver office in the Fall of 2025.
