Divya founded Vivekam out of a strong desire to activate the discerning, "knowing" self within us all. Vivekam is grounded on the principle that discernment, combined with curiosity, humility, and a little humor, is the alchemy required for durable skill development and change. She is the architect of The New ROI.™️, Vivekam's framework for developing and sustaining individual, group, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to Vivekam, Divya spent 15 years counseling Fortune 500 companies and executives, focusing on business transformation, organizational design and culture, and developing leaders and effective teams. She spent eight years at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner and two years at Mobius Executive Leadership as a Strategist to the CEO and as an organizational consultant and coach for clients.

Beyond supporting her clients in organizational and people effectiveness, she revels most in building and leading more conscious teams. Her early training as a gymnast and dancer, coupled with the last 20 years of yoga (RYT200 certified) and athletic development, has led her to use movement and embodiment practices to support individuals in accessing and processing thoughts, emotions, and energy.

She is an alum of Wharton, MIT Sloan, and Harvard's Kennedy School, and she lives in NYC.

 

 

Rhea Chhachhi

Business Development Manager 

Rhea serves as a Business Development Manager at Vivekam, where she focuses on market positioning and brand strategy. 

She is also a Research Analyst Intern at Summit Leadership Partners, working on projects including organizational diagnostics and interventions, leadership advisory, executive assessments, consulting services and data analysis. Previously, Rhea worked as a Strategy and Marketing Associate at the International Institute for the Brain, where she developed in-house strategic plans for growth initiatives and business expansion. At Reckitt, she worked as an eCommerce Performance Marketing Associate and Budget Analyst. She has also gained project management, brand strategy and business development experience through various startups. 

Rhea graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics and a minor in Statistical and Data Sciences from Smith College. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University in New York, where she is deepening her understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership development and strategic behavior.

Her personal mission is to make conscious leadership the norm across organizations. 

 

 

 

Logan Schwanz

Business Development Manager 

Logan  works as a Business Development Manager at Vivekam, where he focuses on client development and managing outreach strategies. 
 
He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a dual degree in Biochemistry and Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology with minors in Business, Chemistry and Spanish. He led several student organizations and performed independent research in chemistry and biochemistry, publishing several peer reviewed articles and graduating summa cum laude. He gained extensive experience in project design, management and execution in a variety of disciplines and team environments. 

Logan is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Pathobiology, working to develop translational therapeutics and consumer products driven by genomic engineering and isolation of environmental microbes. He is also the Vice President of Columbia Graduate Consulting Club, aiming to grow the club and foster a network of aspiring student consultants. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing the saxophone, or lining up the perfect photo.
