Divya founded Vivekam, a boutique talent and organizational development firm aimed at leveling up personal and organizational effectiveness, and ultimately increase the consciousness of emerging and established leaders.  

Divya works to support people, teams, and organizations to understand why they  think, behave and related in the way do.  She has been a counselor to Fortune 500 companies and executives for 12 years, focused on business transformation, organization design and culture, and developing leaders and effective teams. She spent 8 years with McKinsey as an Associate Partner. Beyond supporting her clients in organizational and people effectiveness, she revels most in building and leading more conscious teams.
